First of all, thank you so much for volunteering to assist with the PREL PTO Spring Carnival!! We could not make this event happen without each and everyone one of you!
On Friday, please check in at the volunteer table, right next to the main office, at least 15 minutes prior to your volunteer shift. I will be “wo-manning” the volunteer table and will give you your volunteer packets & do my best to answer any questions you may have.
Your volunteer packets will include your volunteer assignment*, 10 carnival tickets per hour slot you signed up for, a volunteer badge, one meal ticket, and all information needed to perform your volunteer duties.
At the volunteer table you will also fill out your raffle ticket in order to be entered into a “volunteers only” raffle with special and wonderful prizes!!! (No, really, I am super jealous that we are not eligible for these prizes, because they are really awesome!!)
If you volunteered to bring a cake walk donation, please drop your donation off in the library no later than 4pm on Friday. When you drop off your donation, please see me at the volunteer table to be entered in the volunteer raffle. You can also drop these items off with the front office at morning student drop off if needed, as we know some folks will not be able to make it back in time for the 4p deadline. If you drop off your donations early, Sarah and/or Cristi will have volunteer raffle tickets for you to fill out at that time.
Finally, please feel free to dress in western gear, but this is not required. We are so appreciative of your willingness to assist as we know how valuable your time is!
